Vouch does not supervise, control, or guarantee the work performed by any tradesperson listed on the platform.

 

Any agreement or transaction between a user and a tradesperson is made directly between those parties.

 

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

 

Vouch acts solely as a platform connecting users with independent tradespeople.

 

Vouch is not responsible for:

 

• the quality of services provided by tradespeople

• disputes between users and tradespeople

• damages, losses, or issues arising from services arranged through the platform

 

 

Users engage tradespeople at their own discretion and risk.

 

 

 

Reviews and User Content

 

 

Users may submit feedback or reviews relating to services provided by tradespeople.

 

By submitting reviews or other content, users agree that:
